Patrick Pat Walsh, St. John’s Park, Waterford, and late of Cork, who passed away on Wednesday, April 2. His remains were removed from Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home, Johnstown, on Sunday, April 6, to the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow. Cremation took place after funeral Mass, which was celebrated on Monday, April 7, to the Island Crematorium, Cork.

Kellie Byrne, Avondale, Waterford, who died on Thursday, April 3. Her remains were removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, on Monday, April 7, to the Sacred Heart Church, the Folly. Burial took place after funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.

Mona Lynch nee Coghlan, Passage Road, Waterford, and late of Killure Bridge Nursing Home, who was called from this life on Wednesday, April 2. Her remains were removed from Killure Bridge Nursing Home, on Saturday, April 5, to St. John the Baptist Church, Passage East, followed by private cremation.

Theresa O’Neill nee Murphy, Ferrybank, Waterford, who passed away on Thursday, April 3. Her remains were removed from the St. Joseph’s Home, Ferrybank, on Saturday, April 5, to the Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank. Burial took place after funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to the adjoining cemetery.

Ian Verhaege, Mount Pleasant, Waterford, and late of Bolton, who died on Thursday, April 3. His remains will be removed, on Wednesday, April 9, at noon, to St. John’s Church, Parnell Street, followed by burial to St. Otteran’s Cemetery.

Cornelius Kees Vogelaar, Ferrybank, Waterford, who was called from this life on Wednesday, April 2. His remains were removed from Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Friday, April 4, to St. Patrick’s Gateway Centre, followed by private cremation.

Tony Murphy, Maypark Village, Waterford, who died on Monday, March 31. His remains were removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, on Thursday, April 3, to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygunner. Burial took place after funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to the adjoining cemetery.

Beryl Butler nee Lonergan, Ferrybank, Waterford, and late of Wilkin Street, who was called from this life on Sunday, March 30. Her remains were removed from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, on Wednesday, April 2, to St. Kevin’s Church, Carrigeen, followed by private cremation.

Burial took place after funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to the adjoining cemetery.

Viera Augustiňáková, Tallow, Waterford, and late of Slovakia, who passed away on Sunday, March 30. Her remains were removed from Walsh’s Funeral Home, Tallow, on Friday, April 4, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tallow. Cremation took place after funeral mass, which was celebrated on Saturday, April 5.
