The annual Winterval Festival in Waterford City is one of the highlights of the yearly calendar in the Déíse.
It attracts thousands of visitors to the city from across the south east and there is a wide range of activities and attractions in place to keep all ages amused.
One of the highlights this year was the Blue Light Parade and Waterford News & Star photographer, Joe Evans was there to capture images of those in attendance.
Photos will also appear in the forthcoming print edition of the newspaper.
