Historic County Waterford building to let for commercial enterprise

Waterford City & County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from commercially oriented parties interested in working with the local authority on occupying a prominent, historic building in the county.
The Council is seeking submissions from interested parties with regard to running their business former Tramore Railway Station - a distinct building located on the main access route towards the Promenade.
The property includes ground floor (approx. 130 m2), first floor (approx. 124m2) and the total area is the site is around 1,832 m2.
Waterford City & County Council recently carried out some renovations on the property and it will be available for occupancy in April 2026.
Applicants are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining their interest in the property, including details of proposals for a commercial business.
