Gardaí issue appeal after 13-year-old reported missing in Waterford

The Gardaí have issued an appeal for assistance from the public in tracing the whereabouts of a 13-year-old reported missing in Waterford.
Stefan Pulhos, from Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford, was reported missing - having been last seen at around 10pm on Friday, September 12, in Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford.
Stefan is described as being approximately 5 foot in height with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes.
