Funeral details announced for Waterford man killed in motorcycle accident

Funeral details have been announced for the man who was killed in Wednesday's motorcycle accident in Ballinahilla, near Bunmahon

James (Jimmy) Power of Sleveen, Kill, will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Kill on Monday, August 4.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, uncles and aunts and sadly missed by his parents John and Breda, brothers Nicholas, John and Paddy, sisters Rebecca, Shauna, Ann-Marie, Louise, Olivia and Helen, daughter Aria, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Thompson's Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Saturday, August 2 from 2 pm to 5 pm with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 4pm.

Burial in the adjoining cemetery will follow the funeral mass at 11am on Monday.

The house is to remain private at all times.
