From the Archives: Photos of People in Need and Waterford's Mount Sion Tae Kwon-Do Club in '92 and much more
WLR raised £3,800 from their Auction Appeals programme in aid of the 1992 Telethon, picture shows Billy McCarthy and Carrie Crowley, WLR presenting the cheque to Michael Ryan and Kathleen watkins, RTE.
Staff photographer, Joe Evans, is going to look back through the archives of Waterford News & Star to compile galleries of photos from Waterford's past.
Photos will also appear in the forthcoming print edition of the newspaper and also online here at waterford-news.ie.
