Drivers advised of roads closed in Waterford for essential works

Waterford City and Council are advising motorists of a number of roadworks ongoing in the county.

Moneygorm Road 

The L5054 Moneygorm Road will be closed today, Tuesday, March 4, for essential road maintenance works.

There will be no through road, and local access will be maintained from the L1029 Lacken/Bawnfoun.

Briska Upper 

The L-3022 Briska Upper will be closed for essential drainage works from March 5 to 7.

Dunmore Road 

There will be temporary traffic lights at R684 Dunmore Road at Ballymabin/Gaultir GAA.

Lights will be in operation from 9am to 3pm on Friday, March 7, to facilitate essential drainage works.

The council ask that motorists drive with caution.
