A driver in Waterford will appear in court after Gardaí in Tramore stopped them on the Promenade for driving while on a mobile phone.
Gardaí said in a social media post that after stopping the driver, they discovered the tax and insurance on the vehicle had expired.
Gardaí sid they seized the vehicle and that court proceedings would follow.
