The 17th Waterford Festival of Food is to take place from Friday, April 24, to Sunday, April 26, in Dungarvan.
Festival organisers are now taking expressions of interest from vendors who wish to take part in the market on Saturday and Sunday.
Expressions of interest will be taken until January 30, 2026, and priority is given to Waterford traders.
As of yet, there is no programme of events, but Waterford Festival of Food say: “Our Saturday market has grown hugely in recent years, with record numbers in attendance in 2025.
“We also have an extended programme of children's and family events which will take place at Dungarvan Castle right at the end of the quay.
“This will include food demos, Tirlan family fun, including a mobile petting farm, Lamh Cookery Demonstration, a mobile sensory room, and children's funfair.
“The WLR Roadcaster will also broadcast from Dungarvan throughout the weekend and there will be live music and entertainment.”
