Independent Councillor Joe Kelly expressed delight to Waterford News & Star having got re-elected in the Waterford City West LEA.
Cllr Kelly thanked everyone who helped him with his campaign and pledged to continue to serve the people of Waterford City and County to the best of his ability over the course of the next five years.
