Breaking: Search ongoing for missing person in Waterford

Gardaí have confirmed to Waterford News & Star that a search is currently ongoing in the city following reports received of a missing person.
A lot of Garda activity is ongoing near University Hospital Waterford and in the general Sunnybank and Maypark areas of the city.
A senior figure within the Gardaí confirmed that a report was received relating to a missing person, a male in his 20's.
However, it's believed contact was made with the person by phone, however, the search is ongoing to ascertain his exact location. A Garda helicopter and local units from Waterford Garda Station are believed to be involved in the search.
