ALERT: Stop and go traffic and a closure on Waterford roads this week

Waterford City and County Council have issued the following traffic management measures to facilitate road works.
Road resurfacing works on Thursday, January 23 and Friday 24.
Stop/Go with convoy will be in place for works.
The L5055 Cluttahina Road is currently closed and will remain so on Thursday, January 23, for essential road maintenance works.
The road is closed between the junctions of Tooranaraheen L1026 and the Moneygorm Road L5054.
Caution is advised for residents due to construction machinery on the road and excavations.
There is no through road and local access only.
Roadworks on the L1026 Lyre to facilitate pothole repairs today, January 22.
Motorists are asked to drive with caution as there are crews on the road.
