Ministers who do not pay back money owed to Revenue will not get pension access

Ministers who do not pay back money owed to Revenue will not get access to their pensions, Enterprise Minister Peter Burke has said.
Burke made the comment while responding to criticism in the Dáil.
10 serving ministers have yet to enter a repayment plan after they were accidentally overpaid due to a procedural error.
Minister Peter Burke said he does not know who those 10 ministers are.
"Who said that no minister is not willing to pay this back? Who said that? That's the reverse of your question," he said in the Dáil.
"He did not say that no one is not willing to pay it back. And we're very clear that anyone who does not take action here will not get their pension."
