Three people killed in crashes on Irish roads over Monday and Tuesday

Three people have died in separate crashes on Irish roads over the course of Monday and Tuesday.
A man in his late teens and a man in his 40s died following road incidents on Tuesday, and a woman in her 80s died following a crash on Monday.
The man in his late teens died following an incident involving a motorcyclist and a car in Co Wexford at around 3.30pm on Tuesday.
The crash occurred on the R742, Ballinvunnia, Kilmuckridge.
The driver of the motorcycle, the man in his late teens, was taken to Beaumont Hospital and died in the early morning of Wednesday.
The road was closed for technical examination but has since reopened.
In Co Clare, a crash which involved two cars occurred on the R352 near Tulla at around 3.30pm on Monday.
A woman in her 80s, who was a passenger in one of the cars, was taken to University Hospital Limerick with serious injuries.
She died on Tuesday morning.
The drivers of the cars, both women in their 50s, were taken to the same hospital with serious injuries.
The road has reopened following a technical examination.
Gardaí have appealed for any witnesses to come forward and said a family liaison officer has been appointed to the pensioner’s family.
In Limerick, a male cyclist in his 40s was involved in a road incident on the Dublin Road, Mountshannon, shortly after 2pm on Tuesday.
He left the scene and travelled to a residence, and received treatment from emergency services.
The was pronounced dead on Tuesday afternoon.
Gardaí have appealed to anyone who witnessed any of the collisions to come forward, and anyone who has camera footage, including dashcam, has been asked to make their footage available to investigating gardaí.
