Man (30s) seriously injured after collision in Limerick

A man has been hospitalised with serious injuries following a road traffic collision in Limerick last evening.
The man was injured when a van he was traveling in left the road at Croagh, Co Limerick, shortly after 5pm on Sunday.
The injured man was removed from the scene by air ambulance.
He was being treated for serious head injuries at Cork University Hospital.
No other vehicle was involved.
A Garda spokesman said: “Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single vehicle road traffic collision at Croagh, Co. Limerick this evening, Sunday 20th July 2025.”
“The collision occurred at approximately 5:15pm and involved a van.”
“A man, aged in his 30s, was transported to Cork University Hospital to be treated for injuries.”
“No other information is available at this time.”
