The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) are set to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Longford town yesterday

Dillon Brennan (16) was born on January 30, 2009, at the hospital, which has been subject to investigation over patient safety, to Corinna Brennan, who is also his carer at their Athy, Co Kildare, home.

Liam Moran had sued the HSE claiming that there was a failure to diagnose that he was suffering from or likely to be suffering from renal cancer in a proper and timely manner.
