Studyclix subject expert Stephen Doyle the aural section had clear recordings covering a good variety of topics, while the questions were generally fair, some detailed questions in Cuid C required careful listening skills.

"The Ordinary Level paper presented a very typical and manageable set of questions spanning the usual suspects of Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Statistics, Probability and Area and Volume," Studyclix subject expert Stephen Begley said.

"The examiner was generous throughout in pointing out what methods and techniques students should use to approach a question, for example by indicating to use a certain formula or technique," said Studyclix subject expert Stephen Begley.

With it in mind that this is the first academic year to sit through State Exams having no previous State Examination experience, the Leaving Certificate students have only the practice of mocks and end of term exams under their belts.
