The Englishman guided Ireland to a fourth Triple Crown in five years thanks to Saturday’s 43-21 win over Scotland

According to a report in The Irish Independent, Saracens will offer the Ireland boss a €1.2 million a season deal to become their head coach after the tournament.

Saracens said the upcoming changes next season will provide a “sense of continuity and collaboration” under the new structure as the club moves into its “next chapter”.

The 33-year-old former club captain has signed a two-year deal.
