Christopher Devine (44), with an address at Convent Lawns, Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot in Dublin 10, has pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to the manslaughter of Michael Tormey (49) at Thomond Road in Ballyfermot in the early hours of January 9th, 2022.

David Druzinec, 29, was cross-examined on Thursday on his evidence about the assault in which his friend Josip Strok, 31, lost his life.

Robert Murphy (42) has pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to the manslaughter of Jamie Kavanagh (24) at a hostel on Harrington Street, Dublin 8 on April 19th, 2023
