Sammy Hanrahan (18) died following a collision with a car on the Cork Road in Waterford city on Sunday, November 16th

Gardaí are renewing their appeal to anyone who witnessed the crash or has camera footage from the scene to come forward.

The collision occurred on the Cork Road (R680) in Waterford City shortly before 8pm on Sunday.

At approximately 2.30pm, a male Garda approached two males on the e-bike directing them to dismount.
