Uisce Éireann said that despite recent rainfall, water levels remain critically low in some areas

Uisce Éireann is reminding customers in Waterford that a Water Conservation Order, commonly known as a hosepipe ban, is still in place until September 16. The restrictions include the use of garden hoses and other non-essential water uses.

Uisce Éireann is appealing to all customers, regardless of whether their supply is affected by a hosepipe ban, to be mindful of their water usage.
