Nenagh District Court heard that Hasan Ali Gori, who was living in a tent at wetlands in Limerick City, told the Garda who charged him with the killing of Josephine 'Josie' Ray: “I know nothing, sir.”

Hasan Ali Gori, (50s) sustained serious injuries, including a collapsed lung and is being treated in hospital following an alleged assault.

Hasan Ali Gori and Mary Ray, both 50s, were found living in squalor at wetlands located off Condell Road, surrounded by scurrying rats, rusting containers, and insect-infested bedding.
