'Our campaign ends the day 24/7 begins'

Major milestone in ensuring equitable access to life-saving treatments for patients in Waterford and the South East

The people of Waterford and the wider South East region have been campaigning for 24/7 cardiac care for years

The service is due to start on March 18, according to Councillor Declan Barry (Independent). 

Following the delays, the decision was made on a provisional starting date during a meeting on February 7

The meeting to make the decision has been delayed until the end of this week.
