Irish Country Living journalist Jacqueline Hogge said parents and grandparents in rural Ireland are being terrorised.

Four men, three in their 30s and one in his 20s were arrested and are held in a Garda station in the North Western Region.

The men in their 30s and 40s are due before Dublin District Court at 10:30.
