Mother of five and grandmother to 13, Katherine Heneghan was  71 years of age when she died as a result of a blood clot on September 10th 2020.

The inquest heard Erin Dennis had spent a total of 43 hours and 38 minutes in Tallaght University Hospital's emergency department
