Visak Rajesh Leela (26) pleaded guilty to the attempted abduction from an apartment block in Dublin.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court heard that the boy’s older sister managed to push Visak Rajesh Leela (26) away from her brother before both children ran away.

Following exchanges with Mr Kelleher, he ordered that Mr Leela's specific address not be reported due to the current climate, "fuelled by social media".
