Patrick McGreal (45) of Charlestown, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, was arrested at the Four Courts in connection with an alleged incident during proceedings on December 5th last.

The judge said Patrick McGreal’s case lacked the necessary factual engagement to be allowed to continue.

The group of about thirty people were in the Four Courts as they came before the court giving notice of an intention to seek injunctions and mount a legal challenge against a provision of the Planning and Development Regulations
