A man found in possession of €46,000 of cocaine and cannabis has been jailed for two years and six months

James Gilleran (70) of Parkview Court, Blackhorse Avenue, Cabra, Dublin 7, pleaded guilty to five counts of indecent assault

A vehicle was intercepted shortly after 4 pm on Wednesday in Cabra, while a home was also searched in the area.

The man was brought to Tallaght Hospital for treatment but got away from prison officers at about 6am on Saturday morning.
