The incident happened in the early hours of Thursday morning off Bloody Foreland near Magheraroarty.

The men were fishing at Tullan Strand around 8pm when one of the men was swept off the rocks by a large wave.

The Sainte Catherine Laboure, a 25-metre trawler based out of Greencastle on the Inishowen Peninsula, went down just before 11pm last night.
