US-based businessman Richard Henggeler died on October 7th, aged 73.

Laois Rose Katelyn Cummins is the 2025 International Rose of Tralee, the 20-year-old is the first Rose from Laois to win the title

In separate but related proceedings, Mr Henggeler is suing Anthony O’Gara, chief executive of Kerry Rose Festival Ltd, alleging shareholder oppression.
