Gardaí discovered a total of 455 videos and images on a mobile phone and two laptops owned by Raggett then aged 17.

The devices were seized during a search of a house run by Tusla, the Child and Family agency, in which the defendant was residing, on June 4th, 2020.

The court heard that after they were placed in care, the eldest three children started to make disclosures in relation to sexual abuse at the hands of their parents and other relatives
