The 44-year-old former Lyon boss was brought in to succeed Emma Hayes after she left for the United States.

After Chelsea’s WSL win against Arsenal on Friday night, Hayes said she regretted her comments.

Hayes has led Chelsea to six Women’s Super League titles, five FA Cups and two League Cups.
