The Born Clothing group of companies, which had 15 shops around the country, went into liquidation with debts of €7.82 million including €2.2 million owed to Revenue. 

Michael Fingleton Jnr told the courts that his father is reduced to €25,000 in two personal bank accounts and has outstanding judgment debts of more than €10.7 million

The plaintiffs also claim they are fearful that Foley will return to their property, especially after they read reports about Foley's past criminal activities on the internet
