The death has sadly occurred on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, of Mrs Geraldine Hennessy (née Waring), The Folly, Waterford. Formerly of Ormonde Crescent, Lismore Lawn, Waterford.
Predeceased by her loving husband Freddy, parents Samuel and Eileen (Waring), grandchild Ezra and the little Angels.
She is survived by her loving children Naomi, Simone, Aaron, Nathan and Rachel, sons-in-law Thomas and Dave, daughters-in-law Azziza and Catherine, grandchildren Samuel, Adam, Isaac, Amelia, Eli, Aliah, Freddy, Gerry, Adeline, Sully, Loewe and Luca, her brothers Seamus and Paul, sisters Ita and Deirdre, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends especially Eileen and Margaret.
Geraldine will be sadly missed by all her relatives, extended family and friends.
Requiem Mass took place in St. John’s Church, Parnell Street, Waterford, on Tuesday, July 22, at 11am, followed by burial in St. Otteran’s Cemetery, Ballinaneeshagh, Cork Road, Waterford.
Condolences are extended to Geraldine's family, relatives and friends.

The bereavement support group provides a safe space for family members who have experienced the death of a loved one because of problem substance use or related issues.
The group is facilitated by two trained psychotherapists and will include respite and other opportunities that may be relevant.
This is a free service specific to the South East Family Support Network.

Pickleball is an indoor racket sport, a cross between tennis and badminton, but slower.

Southside Motor Club are hosting a charity drive in aid of Bumbleance on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
Cars can gather for Waterford's monthly cars and coffee and will then depart approx 1pm to head on a coastal scenic drive with end location Waterford Raceway for a few laps and photo opportunities.
