No. 1 Pembrokestown House

The stunning Pembrokestown House in Butlerstown was the most viewed listing in Waterford on property website MyHome.ie this year.

The seven-bed Regency style residence was by far and away the most coveted property in the county this year, despite its €2.9 million asking price via joint agents Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan and Colliers.

It is easy to see why Pembrokestown House caught the eye. Set in a private enclave of three residential units, it is presented in outstanding decorative and structural condition following a comprehensive conservation rebuild and refurbishment.

The main residence is believed to date from the late 18th/early 19th century and is a detached split-level Regency style house which offers 439sqm of living space. It is only part of the story as the property includes many other stand-out features, including a stunning courtyard garden, the centre piece of which is a 25 metre one-and-a-half lane heated vitality pool.

As well as the main residence, the overall property extends to almost 11 acres, with scope to develop approximately six of these into paddocks.

Both the Coach House and Stables provide additional residential accommodation, making it an ideal place for guests or visiting family. Amongst the features of The Coach House, which extends to 305sqm, is a spacious gym, while The Stables, which extends to 194sqm, services the swimming pool, while also offering two double bedrooms.
