Friends gather to remember local musician in Waterford
Some of the singers and musicians who gathered in Kilmeaden to remember the late Dominic Hearne.
Fond memories were recalled and a great night of entertainment was experienced in Count Waterford recently as a very well-known and talented musician was remembered by friends.
A fantastic collection of musicians and singers gathered in O Donnachas, in Kilmeaden, on Monday, July 29 to remember the late Dominic Hearne, on his third anniversary.
Very well known within entertainment circles, music was the centre of Dominic’s life.
As one local person commented: "He was a gifted musician and singer who brought great joy to many through his music. He made many wonderful friends along the way, through golf and motorbikes and they were only too happy to come together and enjoy some great music and to share some stories."
It was a great night and a fitting tribute to someone held in very high esteem locally.
