CONCERNS about dementia will be alleviated during an explorative presentation by International speaker, Dr. Philip McMillan, during the “Dementia: Novel Theory – New Directions” talk at W.I.T. Arena, Waterford, on Friday next 26th October.  Dr. McMillan, guest speaker at this event, will present on new theories impacting the development of dementia and possible ways to alleviate the impact of the disease.

Dementia is a disease of the brain that affects thinking and memory and is only diagnosed when those changes start to affect activities of daily living.

Dr. Mc Millan is also presenting at the smoveyMED practitioner training course which is on October 27 and 28  at the W.I.T. Arena, Waterford.
