After a week of painstaking work the large-scale mural created by Roscommon artist, Joe Caslin in Waterford city titled ‘Ar Scáth a chéile a mhaireann ne daoine’ is finally completed.  This inspirational piece aims to raise awareness and generate discussion around mental health in the South East region. The mural adorns the façade of the old Jury’s hotel building which has been derelict for many years and marks the final project mural of the Waterford Walls International Street Art Festival 2016. Although it is made from paper, this piece is designed to be permanent and will remain until the building is sold or demolished.
