EMILY Logan, Chief Commissioner of the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC) will be at the Edmund Rice Heritage Centre, Mount Sion on Thursday (September 17) between 11am and 1pm as the IHREC embarks on a nationwide public consultation over the next four weeks to inform its strategy in protecting and promoting human rights and equality.
The Commission’s aim is to consult on activities for the implementation of its Strategic Statement 2016-2018, and to inform the public and key stakeholders, including community groups and NGOs, about the Commission’s goals and direction for the future.
Registration for the seminar takes place at 10.30am
