FIFTY-four new homes are to be constructed at eight locations across the city and county under the first phase of the Government’s social housing strategy 2015-2020.
The new homes which will be built at Ardmore Park/Priory Lawn and Larchville in the city as well as Patrick Street, Tramore, Coolfin Woods, Portlaw, Ballinroad and Cathal Brugha Street, Dungarvan, Barrack Street, Cappoquin and Tallow Alms House will involve a total expenditure of €7.1m.
